  1. Are " Scanners " usually small enough to fit into a Cellphone casing ? ... I doubt it, but it's an honest question. Also, when some REAL Cop came along and helped Gugino, did said Cop actually FIND a piece of electronics that was designed to - and capable of - disabling Police Communications Equipment ? Again, just an honest question ... We all know DAMNED WELL, that if such a " Scanner " had been in the old man's possession, that NOBODY scooped it up to hide it from the Police - because the scene would NEVER have been deserted ... not by the Cops, and CERTAINLY not by the Witnesses ...
