  1. OMG... this is NOT a major set-back for women. Ms. Bredehoft is so "women are victims, therefore we must ALWAYS side with them, lest there be more victims". This is justice for false accusations and does NOT harm women! EDIT: Please tell me, Elaine... how exactly does convicting an innocent man, set women forward? How does believing a lie help ANYONE? By your own logic, there is ZERO reason to even have due process... just convict upon accusation! But wait... that is EXACTLY what happened to Johnny Depp and Bret Kavanaugh just for being accused. To think, you call yourself a lawyer... you are blight on very idea of "due process".
