  1. You are correct. Messed up that these two words are so VERY frequently swapped, as it ends up leaving MANY not understanding the events that occurred and the images they see.

The problem is that one the vast majority of people hear THAT word, especially when it pertains to those with ♀, the go-to is often considered the farthest end of those variations. The legal term certainly leaves much confusion nearly every time it is used.
