  1. Please do not hijack this issue with a political agenda. This is an in justice for all of the reasons expressed by 100% of the posts I have read since the top of this page and is approx. 20 of them. This is about an unfair advantage within a given sporting event and politics are being used to try and make a "feel good" story at the expense of fair play.

  2. Male Privilege?????? Please stop thinking like a victim. This is about rewriting the rules of an assigned gender in an attempt to justify an unfair advantage in a sporting event... period. These transgenders always felt they should have been born female, so they have gone as far as medical science will take them. They feel like women, so they want to be included in positions that only women can occupy ergo be seen as women. This makes perfect sense and I completely understand that. The issue comes with the refusal to accept their obvious physical advantage, as they would then have to acknowledge their male biology and is the hurdle transgenders want to escape. I get that, we ALL get that, but can tell you simply why you are mistaken here. These transgenders want NOTHING to do with being male. So much so that they were or are willing to have a PENIS CUT OFF from their bodies. If you were to ask ANY MAN what would be far and away the absolute worst of all the possible amputations he could ever imagine.... removal of the penis would be 100% on the top of the list without one single exception.... even MtF transgenders. If one WANTS to go through such an amputation, that person DOES NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH FEELING LIKE A MALE!

  3. If one disagrees with my above post and what is happening here is indeed "male privilege", he / she must be willing to say that these transgender athletes are faking it. Either they are truly transgendered into female persons or they are pretending to be female so they can enter womens sporting events. All of the posts I have seen here, show that they don't have issues if one wants to transgender, just don't use it as a guise to cheat and try to get away with it. 100% of those in favor of MtF transgenders entering womens sporting events are causing harm to both parties.

  4. Imagine the legal repercussions of when KBJ rules on a Title 9 case. It can LEGALLY be argued, her inability to define "what is a woman", will rightfully be claimed as an unqualified SCOTUS.
