"There is no systemic racism in America" -Fact... I am ever more impressed with Vivek, as I continue to see him speak. He is quick on his feet, fantastic orator and stops BS questions in their tracks. I don't think he is yet ready for PUTUS, but would LOVE to see Trump consider him for VP. There are a BUNCH of reasons why this would benefit Trump, but would benefit Vivek as well. He could be more up front that most VP's and gain that experience at the same time. I say, Trump for 4 and then Vivek for 8!

They have ZERO desire to communicate with anyone, who is not 95% on board with their Destruction of America First agenda. . I would like to see Trump go full honey badger and take a wrecking ball to ALL of the alphabet agencies and I no longer care if he tries to reach across the isle. If ANY conservative was to walk on water, the Dem's would say he / she could not swim. . The time for diplomacy is over. The GOP needs to grow some balls and defend females sports / spaces, children from the EVIL of adults projecting gender confusion upon them, shut down funding to colleges, dismantle teachers unions, drop the hammer on social media who abuse Sec. 230 to play BOTH platform / publisher at the same time and close the GD''d boarder! . I could go on for days, but the first thing any POTUS needs to do, is overturn ALL of Biden's EO's. The Dem's have allowed a wholesale take over of their party by OPENLY Marxist cultists and they need to be stopped!

However, in the context in which it is used on a daily basis by the WOKE cult, they ONLY that which they claim is written in to law that directly harms blacks. . Even AA was overturned in SCOTUS a while back, but it is without ANY question, that colleges / universities WILL find a loophole or simply ignore it. . You and are in 100% agreement, that hiring practices to avoid whites IS racism, but it is also 100% a violation of the Constitution. The issue being, is that the legal system is so GD'd corrupt by the WOKE cult, the feds nor the leftist states will bring / allow challenges without a MASSIVE fight. If one has the funds and tenacity to take it all the way to SCOTUS, that is the only thing they can do. But.... guess what, the states will CONTINUE to not enforce the ACTUAL rule of law, so until we rid the corruption out of the legal system... nothing will change. . Look at the FBI, DOJ and the rest. They are stomping ALL OVER the rights of "wrong-thinkers" (AJ, Trump, J6th and the rest), so if the feds are in on it... we are simply F'd. To say "systemic racism" against blacks exists in American law is false. This does not stop the white guilt from providing those with .000000001% Native American blood to build a casino just about anywhere they want and not pay taxes. I am less than 100 miles from probably 10+ casinos right here in Comifornia.

@hsiatpe101 ... Yes. This was mentioned yesterday and while this is 100% correct, but it is not recognized as something that is used to harm blacks via discriminating against them. Of course, it DOES indeed cause great harm to blacks, just that the cult does not see it that way. . The term "systemic racism", in the current context of ALL such claims, is to say there are Jim Crow laws still on the books and being enforced.

To say that there is TODAY "systemic racism", as in laws / legislation that is designed specifically to hinder or harm black people in some way, is not only 100% false, but has ABSOLUTELY ZERO to do with "impact" of when there WAS systemic racism. . If you want to make an argument... make one. Do not conflate to completely separate things, in order to justify the BS argument that systemic racism exists today.

@jacobwatson1818 ... Um, you know the answer to part #1, but I believe the end of Jim Crow laws were the final removal of systemic racism in America. I have not researched it, but I am guessing there were a few laws here and there, but they are all long gone now. I understand some of them may still exist in certain states Constitutions, but not only unsure of this, but they are not enforced nor have they, in well over 50 years.

@M1sterE321 ... I had for a moment, suspected a bot, as I have seen more than just a few in the last month, but I figured it was kind of a trick question, of sorts. Many are absolutely convinced that there is "systemic" racism, because... reasons. They have bought into the endless race-baiting hoaxes and while 98% of them are proven false withing less than a day (nearly all remaining are proven false later, with a microscopic number being aggressive force), the convincing has been done already. My suspicion is that Jacob was laying a trap, to see if I fell into it, by downplaying or trying to separate Jim Crow or slavery from the equation. . Long winded reply, but most likely a bad-faith actor, looking for a cheap way to "win" a debate.
