  1. Religion does not cause wars, people do. Many just use it as an excuse to do so, because they are not secure enough in their own faith. If I was to say, I believe in Jesus and someone said..."he never existed, as [fill in the blank] is the TRUE God". I would, in all possible cases, seek to have a discussion, as I am always interested in not just what another person thinks... but why they think it. Pretty much guarantee, we would not come to agreement, but that is OK, he / she can feel / believe whatever they want and I will do the same.
