  1. Whoo hoo.... 5 for 5 first comment baby, YEAH! [doing the first comment wiggle dance in my chair] I have come to understand several evils in the world. Those being the Chinese government, radical Islam and mainstream media and progressive SJW ideology. What mainstream media gets away with is disgusting and they are the watchdogs that are supposed to call out when things are going wrong. The Democrats are in 100% lockstep with them, so they essentially work hand in hand and must find some way to break this cycle. I think the media is getting severely shaken by the Tim Pool types out there and big tech is looking to squash them. Fortunately, we have a growing number of politically active people out there helping to make the changes we must have to survive as a western world. Yes, I think western culture is in some serious trouble right now, but it WILL survive. Thank you Zuby and Gina for another great conversation that needs to be heard by all :) EDIT: Your guest is yet another great thinker that made her way to your podcast... Mr. Burns says "eggselent" :)

  2. The news by absolute definition is fact. If someone is covering news, they are required under the guise of ethics to give the events as they happen or happened. There is obviously going to be some bias, as it is impossible to remove it from the description of events, but what is supposed to be "facts" become "opinion" and the mainstream media of today do not distinguish between the two. They see an event and just let their own point of view tell the story to the listener / reader. When this happens, it is no longer news , it is opinion and the political left owns like 90% of the news outlets. Take my mom, for a perfect example of the disservice to the "news" industry. She doesn't know the vast majority of what is really happening, because if it does not fit the lefts narrative, they don't cover it or spin the crap out of it to fit their agenda. One does not even have to know what happened, to see the extreme bias, but too many prefer to live in a bubble of an echo chamber, so refuse to acknowledge they are being deceived. The news IS supposed to just give the facts of an event to allow the listener to decide for his / herself. This means that doing their job of reporting "news" makes them watchdogs.

  3. It is called "ethics", as mentioned above. The "news" is an event, to tell the details of an event with ethics is to be a "journalist". Obviously, there are WAY too many who claim to be journalists who say they give the news, but rather report what their editors want to hear and what they have been indoctrinated to think. No... there is now law, but integrity has little place in journalism today and should not be the case.

  4. I have not heard of Kiri, but will do some research to see what she is all about :) As for Gina, she is very intelligent and damned funny too! I will be also be looking for more of her as well.
