  1. Wouldn't it be nice, if Congress actually talked to a bunch of people like Mr. Alvarez, PRIOR to spending $250B of OUR tax money only to make a problem worse..?!?!?!?!

  2.  @MicoRich  ... I know :( As we have always heard... "Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely". There was a VERY specific reason why the Founding Fathers wanted 3 separate branches of govt. While I FULLY understand this is no guarantee to stop corruption, we currently have all of them controlled by a CATASTROPHICALLY far left ideology. Add to this big tech, Gen Z and all of academia and we have a recipe for confrontation in an EXTREMELY physical manner. I don't know if we are gong to get out of this.
