@alexandercampbell0001 ... I am sorry that you cannot recognize a black woman that chooses NOT to see herself as a victim and rises above the desire for the Democratic party, or anyone for that matter... to make her successful, has done so anyway. So long as black America decides that Affirmative Action and Welfare is the way to success, they will FOREVER be less than they could be and that is not only sad for them, but sad for the black children. Many are raised on the street after the mother refuses to get married, because Welfare PROMOTES the destruction of the black family. If you want to see those in the WORST conditions, look no further that the destruction of the nuclear family.
.
Like her or not, and think it is safe to say, you don't, she does not see herself as victim. The Democratic party has been telling blacks they cannot make it without govt. assistance and that white America is holding you back. Well... Barack Obama, Larry Elder, Colin Powell, Oprah Winfrey and countless others have chosen to NOT see themselves as victims and they did pretty damned good for themselves :)
.
EDIT: Ask yourself, even though you don't like the message she brings, would you see her in a better light if she were to spend her energy supporting the idea that "systemic racism" is real and just bitching about her lot in life? Is that what you would find admirable from the black community...? REALLY?
