@Jay Scott ... I agree and is a sad state of affairs to be sure :( . @MadamoftheCatHouse ... I suspect you are being a bit sarcastic and part of me feels the same way. However, the system of government we have absolutely MUST have varied voices of opinion on all of the issues up for legislation. It is profoundly unfortunate that the leaders of the Democratic party have not only allowed, but welcomed the most radical of voices to be the loudest in their room. I do feel that the Dem's are collapsing and their is likely no way to save them at this point. I hope that the moderates get a damned backbone and stand up to take back control of their collective voice. We absolutely NEED moderate Democratic voices, as I feel we are likely going to have all 3 branches of government held by the GOP. . While I am a libertarian / conservative and do wish for more of this influence be passed into law, I do NOT want to allow the legislation to run wildly to the right. I certainly don't know what is going to happen in November, but I do know one thing for sure. If Biden wins... we are SCREWED!
