  1. @47:00 or so, I take some pretty serious issue with your guest. You rightly, in my opinion, raise concern of having a major lack of political diversity throughout academia and particularly the social sciences. His position is so what, we have mostly conservatives in supreme court, why not have mostly Marxists in academia. This discussion was interesting, but seemed contentious to me. The Gadfather and I appear to have similar concerns here.

  2. Agreed :( There are so many issues with academia, but they all begin with the idea of a complete tearing down of all that we currently hold as true. There is absolutely no consideration of what to do afterward, because the current system is considered bankrupt of anything worth saving.
