  2.  @crazycorpsman1391  ... While I would agree that it was "mutual" decision for any one of a several reasons. If there was a contract or agreement signed by Gad, than this adds a layer of legal requirement to host his content. If PodTV were to break that contract outright, they would have to show compelling reasons why, so as not to be open to possible lawsuit for misrepresentation or what not. From the sounds of Gad right here, it was likely they were past such a written agreement, so PodTV likely was making it difficult and the most likely reason for that would be some external pressure by those who are opposed to Gad for political reasons. . We could speculate all day, but it is not our business to know why, but I would be willing to bet that PodTV soured the deal and Gad was not interested in pressing issue.
