The excessively high tax rate is never something that is mentioned, when declaring the Canadian healthcare system is superior to that of America's. Great health care requires 3 things, but it is not POSSIBLE to have all of them so much choose. Low cost..... everyone is covered.... high quality.... you can have 2 but NOT all three!
