I have watched many, many hours of Jordan lectures and conversations. This particular one is seemingly a departure in subject matter, until you suddenly realize it is not. This man obviously cares about people and their well being, but most easily found when speaking of his children. Jordan brings his wonderful insight and has a way of extracting it from others, so a joy to experience.
