  1. Hindsight is of course, 20/20, but this is one of those times that some type of "letter of intent" be pre-drafted and given to a lawyer. That lawyer would be instructed to release that letter to all participants at a certain date REGARDLESS of exposure or not. The downside would be selecting a date of when to release that info. Crux of the issue: the subjects were embarrassed
