  1. Years ago, I was having a conversation about the then president Clinton. We were working on building a house, so we were together all day for about 10 days. Don't recall the specifics of the conversation, but he voiced his opinion on a bill Clinton had passed. I said how I wished the bill had not passed and why I thought it was a bad bill. He said wait..... you are a Republican? How can you support (fill in the blank with every right-winged Nazi, homophobic, bigoted and racist idea ever conceived) and he pretty much never spoke to me ever again.
