  1. Viva Frei has been exposing this judge for months now. He LITERALLY said how he just makes whatever ruling he wants and over the jury's decisions as well.

He is so comfortable talking about LITERALLY nullifying a jury's verdict, that were this any other time in history, he would very likely be disbarred. Now, there is no question that other judges do the exact same thing, but FFS... one does not openly admit to doing these things at a lecture!
