  14.  @msk3905  ... That is exactly my point. You would be INFURIATED to probably the highest level ever in your life, for placing your child in such a position, as to deal with an adult male in what she knows is a private bathroom / changing room / shower room for females. What frustrates me, is the utter inescapable hypocrisy of your position. You have NO intention of canceling your membership, but were that had been YOUR daughter, you just said that you would most likely had been arrested. So, whether you made a "verbal scene", which would have been minimal necessary to initiate police and possible arrest, what would you have done, had that NOT been enough? What if he refused to leave and got in your face aggressively? Well, my first hope is that you would have escorted your daughter out to hopefully her mother or other family member and only THEN to go back and address the situation in person. Your inference here is that if this were to escalate to hands, there is zero question in my mind, that the level of [frustration] at that point, could have very easily led to that occurrence. . What I am asking of ALL who have account at PF, is to consider those being put into such a situation as that child, think to themselves..."what if that was MY daughter"? Do not just ignore it as if someone else's child is not as important to her father, as yours is to you. This is the emphasis behind my OP. As for your question about what makes all owners feel the same, this very likely gets into the franchise agreement contract. So, just like McDonads must serve a Big Mac and offer kids toy meals, it is probably corporate that dictates the rules that allow this situation to occur. If a particular franchisee were to refuse, that change, he / she would be in violation of terms and there would be some penalty for doing so. I guarantee there are a TON of people who work there, employed there and indeed own the lease agreement, that are steadfastly against this policy, but those who signed that agreement, will likely face VERY serious legal issues, if refuse to go along.
