  1. This is indeed good news... and could use more of it these days! Been thinking about the depravity it takes to do what these humans un-being did and is beyond my understanding. EDIT: I would like to see the extra $$$ divided between owners of the cat and the rest as a "Surgery fund" for future cases of in-humanity to man events. 25% / 75% is probably good.
