  1. We all KNOW he suffered damages... the trick is if he can recover some financial losses! This could easily end up a nothing burger for JD, but I hope he is successful!

  2.  @MrSGL21  ... Exactly! I have a feeling, however... that it won't matter to MarxistWood in the end. They are not big on accepting responsibility for bad calls and there will be leading ladies unwilling to work with him, because they will play the victim card. They will say AH struck him, because he was doing drugs to avoid fixing their marriage or because he was a mean drunk. I do think some of the stigma will be gone and nicer independent roles will come his way, but I doubt he will get any real major big budget leading parts. I hope I'm wrong.
