Told clerk, not willing to mask, can we reschedule for later (having NO IDEA that mandates would carry for 3 more years!). Long story short, my delay came due 2 months later and repeated my story. Told her I would not mask, so would have to charge me with contempt of court, kick down my front door and drag me away. STILL would not mask under ANY circumstances. If thrown in jail... no mask. If brought before judge... no mask. This was and remains a hill I WILL die on. She forwarded all of my email communications to judge... he released me.
