I am a gamer, I have followed DW for years and could not care less, what they think / say about gamers. Why does anyone else?

Why does anyone care what Matt Walsh or DW think about gaming or gamers? I love the channel and its creators and I am very into gaming. What they think about gaming is of zero concern to me.

@glawenclattuc3127 ... They don't hate me! They hate the idea of a stereotype that gamers live in parents basement and watch pr0n, when not playing games. This does not describe me, so I could not care less. . I bet 75% of the people you follow on any given social media, have the same stereotype in their own mind, but just haven't talked about it. If you were to find out tomorrow that your FAVORITE creator, felt as DW has expresses, would you denounce them, unsub and turn against all of the POSITIVE things they have brought you over the years? . Do so if you like, but your comment here is very similar to the virtue signalling we see from a certain demographic. I game and I don't care what DW or ANYONE thinks about it, because, I can hold my own with any of them in a topic of their choice.

Since I am not, I do NOT CARE what their opinion is on the matter, because I do make the sum of ALL of their "identity", as it relates to why I support the channel, about ONE thing! Tell me there is one single person in your life, in which you agree on 100% of their ideas / philosophies / values... there IS no such person in your life or anyone else's. . I.... don't.... care... if they stereotype gamer's, as I am not offended to be compared to some image that I do not conform. As mentioned in this or my other thread on this page, I am 59 yo, don't live in my parents basement and I game every day, as I am retired. I watch a fair bit of DW content, as I am and have been subd to their channel for years and that will not change, over this issue. . That does not make me blind, ignorant, a sheep (not accusing you of saying these things) or any less of a person who can 100% hold his own with ANY one on this planet, on any subject of their choosing. What I don't know, I will ask. I will use my critical thinking skills to ingest it accordingly. . DW or any of its creators can think whatever they want about some stereotype image of some group. I think it is short-sided and certainly lacks some due considerations, but I don't have to agree on this issue to see the fantastic value in the other work they are doing. . You may unsub or take to X with whatever you want, I will not make this issue the sum of their channel's total.

This is not saying the [kid with 4 letter dark pink baseball hat approached by native American] was racist for his treatment of that guy and had a "punchable face" for it. No, this is an OPINION and I don't care if every person on the entire planet said "gamer's are stupid", because I am not stupid and I like gaming. . This is not a media issue, it is simply an opinion. I honestly do not understand, why everyone is so up in arms about something that means ZERO in the scheme of things to be concerned about. This country has a literal [infiltration of huge proportions], spending that is digging into everyone's savings, including my own, a "justice" system that is targeting political rivals, an admin that gave an ultimatum to a state trying to protect itself, 3 separate [situation] zones with NO Congressional approval, a $98B "border bill" that was not only 100% unnecessary to fix it, but over 75% of it went to pay for 2 of those [situations] and secure THEIR border with our tax money. NY giving debit cards to folks who have done nothing but break the law to get them.... do you want me to go on? because I can for about 10K more words. . Here you and everyone else going to battle against one who is VERY, VERY much on the same team as those who are actively doing things to push back and they ARE making headway and ya'll are on my case for not being up in arms, because some of the channels hosts thing gamers are wasting their life. . To all of the above. Say what you will, DW is doing some VERY important things, like movies and pushing back against MarxistWood with good entertainment that pushes AGAINST the message. Are we to throw ALL of that away, because of this petty BS? I see a number of you just ITCHING to turn against those who are probably aligned with 90% of your values, but call them every name in the book, when they say something stupid. . Don't bother coming at me with any of reasons of why I am a sell out or any such BS. I know who I am. I play games quite often. I have lived long enough (59 years) to let this petty BS turn my world upside down. Get over it people, this is a non-issue for me.

They had better tell LITERALLY every single person in their life, to F'off, because it is simply not possible to agree on EVERY thing they do. This entire thing is such a nothing burger, but seems the identity tribal nature of the leftist, has rubbed off on those who oppose such ideology.... then adopted it themselves! It is utterly pathetic to me, that people are so enraged or put off by this, that they would turn their back on a company that is doing INCREDIBLE push back and working hard behind the scenes and forcing MarxistWood to wake the hell up and make good movies again. . I get that many are disappointed, is mild for many, in their "playing the game" to remain on this platform... I get it. They are not embracing new tech (broadly), as they must do to remain viable, when a phantom ToS violation pops up and ...POOF! I get that and I wish they were dong more (maybe they are starting?) to embrace new tech, but the only way to take down the beast, is to stay in the fight. That means playing the game, but as close to the line as possible, so as to maintain the $$$ flow to support NOT just the large employee base DW has, but to continue with "WIAW", "Snow White" and two others, I am drawing a blank on the movies now. . They will have some hits and some misses, but they are putting their money where their values lie and ain't nobody gonna tell me that Ben Shapiro could not take down Eminem in his PRIME in a rap battle!
