Imagine you give your 4 yo a new bike. He begins riding it around in the middle of the street. The tracking account cannot be for ANY reasonable purpose, but to expose his exact location in real time. There is ZERO need for this in the general public. Banning those accounts is NOT censorship, when it poses a direct threat to a person or family, due to the position he is in. . She has a point, but delays cause additional danger and exceptions should be made for this.
