Tsunzucchini TzatzikiSan ...Yes. They got precisely what they were attempting to dish out and exactly what they deserved. They were emboldened by safety of numbers and lack of ANY intervention via legal actions taken against them and paid dearly for their arrogance. I got no issue with how Kyle conducted himself, only feel sorry that he has to not only live with the memory of having taken a life, but also all of the total BS he has had to endure ever since!

@Norma Temp ... My goal was to avoid possibly strawmanning your argument, but since you will not answer a simple question, you give me no option, but to call it as I see it. . So your opinion of a rifle that Kyle was holding is a killing machine? It is called a weapon and was used by Kyle for personal protection. We can argue that he should not have been in such a dangerous location, but we would then need to address why so many were FORCING it to be a dangerous location. Kyle was doing what good citizens do, when that person's government FAILS to them from a violent, terrorist mob of outlaws who are LITERALLY destroying everything they can find, because that is what a violent mobs do. Kyle did not ASK for trouble, but trouble found him. He was not willing to simply hand over his weapon to a psychopathic serial child rapist who decided that Kyle should be attacked because he was willing to help ANYONE who needed minor medical assistance, but NOT willing to join in on the destruction of property that he had offered to protect . Now, you tell me... exactly what did Kyle do that was immoral, illegal or un-necessary, in your opinion.

If you wish to have a discussion and one that may convince me of your position, you might begin with that pesky "dialog" thing. You know, this is where you make your case and I make mine and THEN, we address the others position. The reason for this, is to find out if there is anything we are failing to recognize or understand about the events in question. You have made your case that Kyle brought a "killing machine" to another state, in order to claim this somehow changes the equation. . Let's say he did NOT "cross state lines" and he happened to live in Kenosha. Now tell me, how does THIS change things? Would you now say that Kyle's weapon was NOT a "killing machine"? Would you then recognize that the JR, and the 4 others WERE the aggressors in the subsequent events, some 30 seconds later? . If the ACTUAL proof of his claim of self-defense by way of the video we all saw is not enough to accept the events as they happened, there is no point in discussion with you. Your mind is unable to accept reality, therefore you make the pointless claim that Kyle is the bad guy here, because he used a "killing machine" and was unable to outrun those who were chasing him. . What about the "killing machine" that Guage Bye-cep pulled on Kyle? You know, the one that Kyle saw and DID NOT SHOOT, so that he had the opportunity to stand down? . You do not have a sound position or argument, because you have not presented one. You are lost in how this makes you "feel" rather than objective reality to accept irrefutable fact. . If you wish to make a case, how about actually doing so, rather than saying "killing machine" and that crossing state lines equal guilty?

Restraint would be standing down his weapon when Guage Bye-cep FIRST aimed his pistol at him and give him the opportunity to stand down himself. . Restraint was to NOT unload multiple rounds in Guage Bye-cep after he re-drew his fire arm against Kyle (only at THAT point, did Kyle fire a single shot to stop the threat) . Restraint was to not just start unloading his weapon at everything that was moving, because 3 of them were VERY rapidly approaching him from multiple sides, while he lay on the ground in a VERY vulnerable position. . Restraint was to NOT continue firing at "Jump Kick Man" after he continued to run away only AFTER he took his best shot at kicking Kyle in the head WHILE he was on the ground. . You do not care about facts, logic or reason, you only have your ideology and information bubble that says "Kyle Man Bad". It does not take a rocket scientist to see the many video's taken of the events that night to see precisely how Kyle did all he could to avoid using a weapon that would have been MUCH easier to avoid, had he been the blood thirsty vigilante that he is claimed to be. . Would be nice if you would allow objective fact to make your decisions rather than tell everyone .... "because feelings".

BTW... those who were killed that night were done 100% under an act of not only self-defense, but EVERY possible option attempted to flee from the situation that FORCED him to defend himself in that manner. @TJXD .. What in the hell are you talking about? Obviously, you care LITERALLY ZERO for the actual facts that were PROVEN by video taken from all over and by many people. Please tell us, because we are dying to know. Had YOU been Kyle and ALL things happened in the identical way as we saw in those videos... what would YOU have done differently? This is a sincere question... please tell us what YOU would have done instead.

Kyle was NOT there with specific intention to shoot anyone, but rather to DEFEND himself, should he be put into a situation in which he had to do so. Well... JR DID put Kyle into that position, when he began chasing him and give him ZERO option but to defend himself. . Well guess what... you play stupid games you get stupid prizes. JR decided to chase and corner a man with a very deadly weapon, with no provocation and try to take that weapon away. Tell me, what do you think would have happened had JR take n that gun from Kyle? Do you think JR would have said... "Now that I have your weapon, I will remove the ammo and give it back to you, so why don't you just go home and leave us to our mostly peaceful protesting"? . Do you think it VASTLY more likely that JR would have pointed that gun at Kyle and killed him? Knowing what we all know now, that JR was a multiple time CONVICTED pedo who was released from prison THAT VERY DAY, it is a very safe be to say that JR would have killed Kyle and then carried that weapon around and killed the next random person he saw and decided they were obstructing his relaxing evening of setting dumpsters on fire and attempting to set property on fire.
