  4.  @elisabeth4342  ... Wait, the heart was "RED"... maybe the interwebz has it in for The Lil' Ninja 😿 That said.... I just ❤ <----- red heart there BTW, your humor 🥰. I certainly DO think there has been a big breakdown of ethics and it is primarily coming from the leftist cult. Sure, narcissism is a HUGE component, but the degree of self-righteousness / arrogance is the hardest part for me to watch. Just a couple days ago, ended a 175 reply thread (25 or so replies were between me and this MEGA-pint of leftist blogger who's last comment read something along the lines of... "it is hard to accept that everything you have come to know as true, has been a lie... but you will get over it". Said another similar line in comment prior, but was not as bad. . We are very clearly in a very bad societal breakdown right now and is because those who hold / share conservative values are demonized at every turn. Biden keeps upping from "ultra-maga" to "super-maga" to "Mega maga" to, I don't know... "MONSTER maga"! Each of which usually also mentions "white supremacy" "bigotry" "racist" and the like. Very clearly this guy I was talking to in that thread and one from yesterday in a Roe thread, outright demonized me in every way that was right out of the Progressive Dem's and Biden playbook. . The problem is that the indoctrination is SO bad and without any respect for an alternate or opposing opinion, there is no "normal" for them to meet us in the middle. Conservatives are evil and they will not make any concessions or debate on an intellectually sound or "good faith" way. . I am starting to ramble, but I really do love your humor and style of writing 🐱 . EDIT> Oh... yes. I think society will completely break down and we are in for some serious hell. I hope I am wrong, but the cult members will NEVER live amongs us deplorable conservatives.

  5.  @elisabeth4342  .... Before I respond I just wanted to say... it is nice talking with you. I have so many interactions that are with those seeking adversarial based "gotcha" moments and is a bummer to see so many looking to "win" a conversation. So, cheers :) . Yes... I do recall the Seinfeld episode and particularly because I binged the entire series about 8 mo. back. I did not watch the series in real-time, but have stumbled across most episodes over the years on re-runs and such. Truly a brilliant show about absolutely nothing.... lol. I do agree with you that "true" trans (more on that in a moment) are a very small percentage of the population. I would venture to guess that the number is roughly 2% or so. The problem is that trans has become a fad. It is now fashionable to be trans, so in EXACTLY the same way kids used to get tattoos, listen to Elvis Presley or dress like Madonna in the early 80's, was to rebel against parents and society. The problem with trans being a fad is that this is not a cross-dressing or drag thing... it is medical intervention. This is compounded many times over, via ALL of big tech being ban-hammer happy to shut down any questions as to the mental health of such people and the insistence that children be allowed to transition and it is all reversible. . That is PURE insanity, yet the ONLY ones pushing back are conservatives and big tech, Regressives (Progressives) in the Democratic party, Biden admin, public education K~12, college and universities and Joseph Goebbels Propaganda Media Machine ALL have the same agenda... tear down all the Western World values. I realize that is extreme, but there is just no other way to interpret what is happening. Now, we must separate the "true" trans.. from the "trans activist". The TRUE trans, wants to be left alone, fit in the best way they can and get along. The trans activist is what we see on Twitter and shoving infinite genders and "a woman is how ever one identifies". . There is just no way to be MORE disrespectful to women, than to say they are simply and "idea". Women are not only 1/2 of the worlds population, but are SINGULARLY responsible to make sure that population continues forward. The ability to conceive a pregnancy... nurture that seed within her body for 9 freaking months (not to mention the monthly visit for nearly 40 years!)... deal with the hormones, stress, weight gain and the MULTITUDE of life-long changes for such an act. Only then to bring that baby into the world, place it to your breast and sustain its life....?!?!?!?! This is WITHOUT question, the greatest super power EVER TO EXIST... and we have males reducing it down to LITERALLY nothing more than how he "feels"... fucking DISGUSTING! . You and I are 100% on the same page, with regards to trans in women's sports. Lia Thompson... Thomas ...? was ranked 457th when on the men's swim team and then beats the ladies by 23+ seconds in the SAME event. The only way this will end, is if these girls / ladies / women STOP COMPETING! Go full Rosa Parks and just stand on the diving platform and let the trans race. When the promoters stage regional events for competition..... DON'T GO. The hotels will lose money... they rental cars will not be rented... the restaurants will not have the tourism... the promoter will NOT be able to afford the lease of the venue, because nobody but trans will show up. That will put a swift end to this BS and it simply will NOT happen, if the girls who are complaining, sit behind a pixalated screen with voice disguised or hidden camera on local media outlets. These girls / ladies / women need to speak up and be known. Take the social media attacks and FIGHT! This cannot be won from those outside these leagues. . As for how to address sports for trans or even private spaces... I don't have an answer. What I DO know, is telling biological female they have to see naked men in their locker rooms, showers and PRIVATE spaces is F'd up! There are VERY legit reasons to provide private and safe places for women, but the trans activist, not the TRUE trans people will not even have the discussion. For this reason, the TRUE trans needs to take back the discussion... and they won't do it. In the end, there WILL be more bigotry toward trans, because the activists are forcing their views for political power. . I am also 100% on board with your last few paragraphs above, I just wish that those with whom we disagree, politically or otherwise, were as thoughtful and reasoned approach as you have shown. It is a pleasure talking with you, so drop by again, if you have some additional thoughts to share :)

  6.  @elisabeth4342  ... Hello, Ms. Elizabeth :) . Lots of interesting info here, so the Lil' Ninja will break it down :) Agreed... while a woman can give birth, it most certainly does NOT make her automatically a "good" mother. The term "good" being what thousands of years have shown to meet that requirement, by those who were well adjusted socially into society. That was a VERY simple explanation, but I think you and I are on the same page here :) . In my opinion, where society has gone wrong, in terms of what it teaches women, is that they can "have it all". While this sounds really nice to a young girl, there are ABSOLUTELY huge sacrifices a woman who wants children must make to "have it all". A woman has a very limited window in which to have children and be within the norms of what is considered "safe" age. Nature is cruel and if a woman wants a child, she is best to have here final child, b about age 35. I think children prior to 20 yo, is not enough time for the mother to "live" and experience her own life, but that leaves 15 years to get EVERYTHING in her life all set, to THEN have children of her own. This is a tall order and is by no means "fair" to women, but is how our species was created. Women get FAR, FAR, FAR to little credit for their role in our society, but you probably already know that :) . YES... women can give birth beyond that age, and many certainly have, but history has taught us that the heath and other risks go up relatively fast after that time. Where as a man, so long as we keep creating things like Viagra... there is at LEAST twice as many years to produce a child. In order for a woman to "have it all", she as to either forgo children OR make a sacrifice that is all but guaranteed to impact that "good" mother role for that child. Baby sitters, day care and the like are the only ways she can "have it all". . If the father is playing the traditional role, he is working full time to provide and this is where the parenting has broken down and mostly since the early 70's. I am not saying that women MUST be the ones to be at home, but I am saying that ONE parent should be home to raise that child. This is NOT a popular opinion and most certainly not promoted by feminists, but when children are raised by day care, public schools and babysitters... they moral fabric breaks down. . The reason being, is that NONE of these people will share the same values as the parent and they do not LOVE that child as the parent does, so the family breaks down. . As for misogyny... This can certainly come from either the mother or the father, but will manifest itself a bit differently from one or the other. In my personal case, my mother was a pretty serious feminist and my dad dove headlong into his work, so as to avoid much interaction with my mother. By the time I was born, #3 child, my dad spent pretty much zero time with me, until about 8 yo. As a result, I picked up on a LOT of "anti-male" type behavior, as my mom was essentially the only parent to raise me and a feminist. . My comment is getting long and have not even addressed the trans part of your comment. I will let you catch up on this when you get a chance and if still up for discussion, can get back to the second part of your question. . Have a nice day :)

  7.  @elisabeth4342  .. Hello, Ms. Elizabeth :) Yes. I am familiar with Hello Kitty, but was a number of years ago, but my time was when Beanie Babies were ALL the rage. . I will push back a bit on the need for both parents to work as a means to support a family. It certainly helps to have more income, but I think this comes down to the "having it all" thing. I get that we all want that white picket fence, 2.5 kids and a dog named spot, but as society has progressed, we have become envious of not just "those who have"... but those who have "MORE". . We have become a culture that values material things and to do so, requires sacrifice of other things... family, in this case. We now want a boat, a summer house in Montana and a Winter home in Arizona. I will not argue that raising a family is cheap, but the concept of money management is lost on too many people who think CC's are the way to "have it all". I mentioned my mom as a feminist, but she was VERY good with finances and was among the best things she ever taught me, in terms of managing basic life skills. . The biggest issue I see today, is that far too many people are relying on the govt or state to "help" them. Neither is offering any real help, they are just taking money from those of us who produce and redistributing it to others who are not producing or just not enough to take care of themselves. They also take a MASSIVE cut off the top, so we are all harmed WAY more than helped. I think we, as a people, need to offer a "hand up" rather than a "hand out". Give a person a fish, they eat for a day... teach a person how to fish, they eat for a lifetime. . Your words on "not getting out in time", as it relates to abusive relationships, is all too common. I don't wish to get into the numbers of such cases, but to say one who is ultimately abused (physically or emotionally by either partner) DID have warning signs early on, yet for all kinds of reasons... ignored or failed to prioritize them for what they were. I can guarantee that every man who ever became abusive, showed signs of controlling behavior early on, but those signs were just not heeded. . Nobody deserves such treatment, but facing those issues from the start and getting away, would vastly reduce those numbers. Now, that guy will go on to abuse the next partner, or try, so many of these stories are from the same number of men and the horror stories are ALWAYS told and repeated. For this reason, I think that the numbers are lower than people are led to believe, but makes them no less horrible to hear or experience. . On the other side, we see have also seen women who play the "men can't hit a woman" card and while a woman is not likely to cause as much physical harm as a man, it is no less emotionally traumatizing. This is a HUGE subject and would take hundreds of paragraphs to dive into all of it. Suffice to say, I have no issues with a man being put to death, for something like a violent assault... no problem at all. . Feminism and my mom: She has a VERY bad case of victim's mentality. She is all about the 70 cents on the dollar, glass ceiling and and will bear her teeth, as a rabid dog will, when the issue of Roe is challenged. I don't like arguments that stem from an ideological position. My problem with feminism is that it fails to recognize biology and what drives male behavior. This is another VERY large topic and another 100 paragraphs to outline all of my thoughts. I am a HUGE fan of Jordan Peterson, as I am attracted to critical thinkers and in large part why I keep coming back here to see what it is you have to say :) . For those who are not familiar with Jordan and a bunch of arguments that see the feminist argument as a foundation for their position.. is to recommend they watch the 31 min interview with Cathy Newman. If not familiar, that is the "so you're saying" interview. . I will leave it here, as this conversation can go many different directions from this point and I am not sure how you will respond. It is my hope that if you take issue, you will tell me on what grounds and allow me to clarify, but I will be honest and say that I feel I "may" have crossed a line with you, but I hope I have not :)

  10. @Elisabeth ... Before I forget... I still need to get back to the rest of your earlier comment, as I ended my reply a bit premature, because I felt that I might run you off with some of my positions. I will get back to them :) . Yes, there have been times in which society valued a more full-figured woman and as TV and movies have been invented, that "celebrated" dimension has reduced. There are very specific reasons, more than just what the males of a society for the beauty "standard" being the 5.9" / 100lb / Heidi Klum, Gisele Bundchen or was the supermodel in my late teens, Cindy Crawford. Firstly, for a number of reasons, these women were considered the "it" girls, as it pertains to beauty. It is most certainly unfair, as supermodels are overwhelmingly "sold" as the stereotype of what men specifically find attractive. . Obviously, this is / was not ALL men, but safe to say 90%+ of straight men enjoyed the sight both physically and mentally when alone in the privacy of their bedroom, if you know what I mean... lol ;) However, we cannot lay ALL of this unrealistic goal of physical beauty at the feet of men. One look at the cover of Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Health and Beauty and pretty much EVERY one featuring women in the last 50 years, reaches, in large part to meet this unfair or unrealistic standard of beauty. . Men's magazines have it the same way, as they will show the Michael Jordan's and LeBron James as the standard and that is equally difficult for men to achieve. To top this off, there are differences in WHY either sex desires such a physique and we can EASILY agree that men are much more driven by that standard than women. This is true in both arena's, but stereotypes exist for a reason and they would not be "stereotypes" were they not true more often than not. . Women are also MUCH more competitive between themselves, in terms of beauty and is driven by a few things. One of them, and where we must accept is the greatest push... is the biological drive that continues our species as humans. We don't like to admit it in society, but as mentioned earlier, women have MUCH more limited time frame in which to bare children and this cannot be ignored as one of the driving forces for men's desire for them. . Look at JD and AH for a recent example. BOTH of them, and more so a number of years back, meet that standard for both beauty and sex appeal for a very high number of both men and women. JD has some SERIOUS issues and turns to drugs / alcohol to hide from his demons and this is VERY clearly abusive to the relationships he has had since his teens, if I understand correctly. There can be no question that this is abusive to a relationship and does indeed cause it great harm. On the flip side, AH has issues of her own, but she was the only one shown to be "physically" abusive in the relationship. The stereo type is the reverse, but either way, this was a toxic relationship and both still got married after each knew this about the other. . Had AH been 50lbs heavier and NOT meet the physical beauty "standard" of the supermodels already mentioned, he would have walked away before he committed to marriage. Likewise, she knew he had a serious issue with drugs / drinking, yet she was still willing to get married. Some will say she is a gold digger and that is probably true to an extent, but with money comes power and that is a huge draw for women, even if we don't like to admit it as a society. . If we get down to the biological forces that drive both men and women, we will see that younger women means more likely to further our species from a male perspective and powerful / strong is more likely to offer protection and security for the female. Society is FOREVER redefining what it "thinks" is a better way to do things, but regardless of what we put on the cover of magazines or promote as the next movie star, that biological drive will win the day an overwhelmingly high percentage of the time. . Again... my comment has gown huge, because you are better at getting to your point with fewer words than I am :( I will have to get back and make a "clean up" reply to cover all of the things you brought up, but was too busy blabbing to fit them in a War and Peace length reply :)

  11. @Elisabeth .....The interwebz does indeed have it out for The Lil' Ninja. I look at my earlier comment now and some imojis are greyed out, while others are a different color as well. Anyway, I am good at keeping politics out of a conversation when they aren't part of the subject matter, but since the social has become so political... it is often not possible to avoid it. Best example is the MONSTER push for trans and that one is a bigot if they don't want to date or be intimate with a trans person. WTF? As if genitalia, and ones preferred form of it within the context of intimacy, should have ZERO influence over ones desire to share the bedroom. This is not even to mention that male / female response to the world around each is in VERY large part, dictated by their biology. One of the most beautiful aspects of intimacy is that "meeting of the minds" and make sense of the world, when we often see and react to it i such different ways. This is but one of the reasons why politics has become so pervasive and that it simply cannot be removed from many conversations that should have nothing to do with it. I would be happy to befriend a trans person... but to be intimate....? NEVER. . Those comments from that guy are readily available from my "notifications bell", so I quickly copied a couple down: 1. You're biased and use confirmation bias for your research. It takes time to shake habits 2. It's important to be well informed and researched anyways. That's the whole point on learning about politics (I know there was a couple more, but it was a LOT of comments to open / scan ...lol) . That second one was after he claimed that Tucker Carlson is a white supremacist, because he repeated a quote that was clear to me to have been stripped of context and edited. I asked him to point me to this video and I will watch it and give an honest assessment of what I see. I told him that if I am wrong, I will own it, as that is how The Kitty rolls. He said it is all over YouTube, so I did a bit of research, but not like I can find THAT video among the 10K of Tucker. I returned with a reply to say, he was going to have to narrow this down, as this is like finding a needle in a haystack on one planet in a galaxy of them. His response was the #2 example, so that I am uninformed if unable to find a Tucker Carlson DIRECT QUOTE that is obviously one that was clipped / edited to say something totally different! This is what happens when one forms an opinion based on a REACTION video of what someone else has said. He was essentially asking me to prove a negative and that is just not possible to do, so he was not arguing within a good faith manner. . I am quite well versed in politics and social issues, but would be HORRIBLE in an actual real time debate. I have the info, I just cannot recall it in a timely manner and that is a huge component of debates, so I would get my little kitty butt kicked every time. When writing a response, I have the time to bring those thoughts to the surface or do some research to refresh memory. I can also be a bit overtaken by emotional response, not really anger, but frustration and in a live setting that is a bad thing. . Since I have been responding to more and more of these discussions on social media, I have made a few rules for myself. The biggest of those rules is to ALWAYS engage, but do so with intellectual honesty and in good faith. Regardless of how poorly one will straw man my position / argument, I will not do so in kind. It can be DAMNED frustrating to be forever reduced down to the least generous interpretation of my position, simply because it is the quickest way for another to "jab" an opposing view. It takes SO much time / words to unpack such a statement and often have to deal with language manipulation, because most of these conversations are with leftist ideologues. I need to break down the most basic of definitions and is like trying to explain the theory of relativity to a 4 yo child! In the Roe thread, I was reduced to a completely heartless, gun toting, bigot who wants to see women who are gang r** deliver / raise quintuplets and forced to invite those who assaulted her over for the children's birthday parties. I hold many positions on many things, but I a not ideologically driven on any of them. I replied with a ..."I will thank you not to make such sweeping generalizations of who you think I am"... she has not returned to the thread since. . I engage with people, and includes you, to not only find out what they think, but why they think it. I certainly don't know everything, but I am always willing to learn and seek to bridge the gap that lies between what I see going very wrong in the world and apply ideas I think will help. I won't argue that the GOP has everything right, as they are far from it. However it is the liberal left who has always run the societal side (big tech is a MASSIVE component, but mainstream news is the worst offender). That side has been taken over by VERY far left leaning ideologues who have no interest whatever for input from the "Ultra-Super-Duper-Monster MAGA" deplorable who calls him / herself a conservative. . I am rambling again and for whatever reason, the option to make an imoji is unavailable right now :(

  12.  @elisabeth4342  .... Found a few minutes in my day, so part #2: . I would say that 3% who are "truly" trans, is high. I have no way to prove that, but would be willing to bet that 2/3 (likely more) of them are caught up in the fad of it all. There is absolutely ZERO question, that a huge percentage of trans are talked into it, via chat rooms. Head over to Benjamin A. Boyce's channel (I was made a MOD there couple days ago) and watch some of the stories of detrans. Helena tells the story of insecure teens, more often are about 13 yo girls who are just going through puberty. Insecure, not pretty enough, not an attractive body... the completely NORMAL feeling stuff. These chat rooms start with.... "change your pronouns and cut your hair short". They return with pictures and EVERYONE there praises them for how great they look and these insecure young teens, get validation and just keep taking it to the next level. . I would bet everything I own, that in 5~10 years there will be a MASSIVE amount of lawsuits and seriously upset, confused and physically altered young adults who HATE what they did to themselves and MANY will have permanent problems. Girls are getting double massectomies (sp?) and a very high number will be sterilized, so can never have children. They go into the chat rooms to find support and get 50 people affirming that ALL these feelings they have are because they are ACTUALLY trans. . YouTube and ALL social media HATE the detrans stories and many videos get removed and they ALL get shadow-banned ate the very least. There are many stories on Benjamin's site and they all tell a very similar story. Now, there most certainly ARE legit trans out there and people like Blaire White and Buck Angel are good examples. However, the overwhelming vast majority in the last 10 years are a mixture of kids rebelling against authority (parents) like they did in my day with tattoos or in previous generation by listing to Elvis. . I don't have any experience with the fantasy chat rooms you mentioned, but they all work the same way. Take a vulnerable or insecure teen, in most cases, and shower them with what makes them with compliments and such, but ultimately many are NOT good people and seek victims for their own pleasure. . OK... hope your day is going well. Do drop in to Benjamin's channel, if for no other reason than to say hi during one of his premier or live streams :)

  13.  @elisabeth4342  Agreed :) I don't recall the specific numbers, but there are ABSOLUTELY women who on the highest level can whoop arse on men, but not when it comes to issues of their highest levels when raw strength is key. . The problem with this conversation for many, and I don't suspect it is with you, is that by saying males are "stronger" than females, in a general sense, is that it is too often interpreted as saying they are "better" than and is just not the case. It is somewhere around10% of the top female athletes can compete and win with the bottom 25% of top male athletes, when muscle strength is the ONLY measure. My percentages are undoubtedly off, but the numbers are very far apart, when we are dealing with differences based on "average". . There will always be exceptions to this rule, but biologically, males have a HUGE advantage, in key areas of athletic ability. You already know of muscle mass, lung capacity and tendon strength, but because women were created to sustain the population, there are skeletal differences that limit in some ways and create advantages in others. Society has gotten to hung up on the "anything you can do, I can do better" thing, rather than just appreciate BOTH for the beauty that they are. . Men can jump higher, sure... but in terms of grace and movement, I find much more beauty in that. I am reminded of Sarah Hughes in 2002 Winter Olympics. She was BEYOND brilliant and remember her performance over any of the men's due to her grace on the ice. . There was a reason that women's sports were separated from men's and overall competitive and safety are the guiding factors. Put a pound for pound female in the MMA ring, as we saw with Mr. Falon Fox and he cracked a woman's skull, because he is a PoS and too weak to fight in men's division. . If we measure strictly on "average", males have much more muscle strength and that is due 100% because of biology. Those who are pushing for males who "identify" or have even transitioned to female, STILL have inherent advantages that cannot be overcome by taking estrogen or reducing testosterone. . Simone Biles is one of the greatest, if not THE greatest female gymnast in the world, but as incredibly strong as she is, the male gymnasts can jump higher and do more rotations / flips in the same arena, when we are looking at the top 50% or so. That is seen as disrespectful of women, but is just a biological reality and not a dig at their talent or skills. . Look at NBA vs. WMBA and compare how many women can dunk vs. the men that can dunk. There is a HELL of a lot more to basketball than dunking, but it is strength that separates them. . I just wish these leagues would stop pitting men against women in this way, as it is only causing harm / division in our society. I wish we would celebrate our differences not as a means to show one is "better" or "more than" the other in some way, but to appreciate what we each bring to this life. . What hurts men, hurts women. What hurts women hurts men. We need each other, so I just wish we could stop seeing ourselves as adversaries :*(

  14.  @elisabeth4342  ....OK... the Lil' Ninja catching up on things: Yes.. there was a day when parents were more acceptable to the idea that family should take precedence over a career. I would not argue that is always necessary, required or even ideal, but there was a more foundational approach to raising a family and I think society is worse off for it. The problem is that evolution of humans is about 1M times slower than the evolution of a society, so things change then change again, so we never "truley" adapt to the changes. . I describe my mom as a feminist, as she sees herself that way. By the time I was born, my parents love for each other was completely gone. They would "poke" each other and my mom was old school pregnant at 18 and resented my dad for her "prison" of raising the kids while he worked all day. It took me many years to understand how that all affected me, because I was just being a kid and oblivious to what I was NOT getting from my parents. My father payed basically no attention to me, until I was about 8 yo. He never took me into the garage and asked to help him build shelves or work on a car. He didn't take me up onto the hill that was literally right outside our side garage door and help me to build a tree fort. Not one time, did he take me to a school dance and encourage me to talk to the girl across the room. Much less console me and go try again, if the first girl didn't want to dance with me. When I struggled in pee-wee baseball, it was my mom who was at all the games and not one single time, did he take me to the public baseball field that was a 3 minute walk to help me bat or field a ball. . He was not into playing sports, but his friends were and THEY could have come along to help me not fear being hit by the ball. She was always there to say.... "It is OK that you didn't get a hit" When what I needed was my dad to say..."Let's got to the field and practice so next time you will get that hit". When I failed at something, my mom was right there to say it was OK, when what I needed was my father to say let's practice, so you can do better. Now, that could be a mom who says that, but the point is.... NOBODY said that and where my parents failed me. When I learned to drive. it was my mom who took me to the school parking lot. When I was picked on in school, and I got a LOT of that... she would tell me to "turn the other cheek" and do so 100% of the time. If you ALWAYS turn the other cheek, they pick on you even more. I have talked about some of this with her and she was aware that I was suffering without a father figure, but she was unhappy in their marriage, so would not even try to deal with him on these issues. To this day my father is just a man who lived in the house when I grew up. He provided all of the financial needs, so I never went hungry and always had clean clothes, but he was no dad to me at all :( . Yes... women are certainly as gifted as men, when it comes to sports, they just lack the strength to compete equally on the farthest end of the spectrum. Simone Biles is the top gymnast in ALL of the world and is the elite of the elite. However, the elite of the elite in men's gymnastics, while not being more talented, can jump higher and rotate more times, due to that strength. In 1988 Kurt Browning performed the first quad toe loop in ice skating and Kamila Valieva did so this year in 2022. Women's ice skating is far more popular than men's ice skating and took 25 years to make that insane move on the ice. The ONLY reason it took so long is the biological limitations of the female body, but she is no less awesome for completing it :) To be honest, and this is not to say anyone's fault, but I don't like to compare in this way. I appreciate Simone 100% as much as ANY athlete in any sport, but when it comes to "rankings", things like height and number of rotations are a huge component of judging. Hell, I can't do a cartwheel, so I am impressed regardless... lol . Are there some men who feel they are "inherently superior" to women.. sure, but they are assholes, so let's not give them any more of a voice. There will always be such people and it is the ugly side of the competitive or masculine nature of the male. Some call it Toxic Masculinity, but I just call it being a prick. In today's society, as in all that preceded this one, it is the loudest voices that are heard. So we hear when the ahole says that men are ALWAYS better than women in name that event, just as we hear the radical feminist say that men need to be more feminine and be less violent. The problem is not that men have "toxic masculinity" it is that they were told to be weak and nurturing, rather than strong, but supportive and responsible. There is an old saying that "it is better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war". It is FAR better to be a VERY powerful male presence, but with the discipline to only use that force for good. Masculine is not celebrated openly in society, as the conversation is too often hijacked by someone who twists it into something toxic or threatening. Masculinity is what prompts a male to open the door for a lady. It is the reason he will step between a threat and his wife, sister, girlfriend or mother to protect. It is the reason a guy jumps out of a small boat into a hail of 50 cal. machine gun fire to storm Normandy Beach! Rather than teach men to be strong, but responsible, society is seeking to make them "in touch with their feminine side". This is crushing men and nobody likes a weak man... NOBODY! . I think that is it and given you a TON to digest. So give it all a read and let me know what you think :)

  15.  @elisabeth4342  ... Actually... my FAVE supermodel was Paulina Porizkova. OH.... MY ..... GOODNESS, she was the most visually striking girl I had ever seen in my life... lol. Yes, I remember the others you mentioned as well, but they were all a similar body type. The variations were often times breast size and I NEVER understood what was so desirable about huge boobies. Give me an A or B cup, a nice tummy and some jello or fine dark chocolate and strawberries and I will go to town on that! :) . I found the AH / JD trial fascinating, but because I like to see a legal system work... seriously, that was why. I watched about 1/2 of it on Viva Frei channel as he is a fantastically fun creator and a lawyer, so had lots of good insight on presentation of evidence and such. It was also a nice distraction from much of the politics and WOKE society BS I sometimes get to much of and had, just as that trial was going. Watching to VERY beautiful people airing dirty laundry was just what I needed at the time, so I took it for what it was worth. I also like to see justice served and was clear that AH was riding on the MeToo movement and used it to punish her ex. . I am quickly approaching 58 in a couple months, so I did not have any of this tech either. I am guessing that you are probably a bit younger than I, as your references to supermodels of your day. I am of the opinion that in the next 50 years or maybe less, historians, scholars and philosophers will be writing all kinds of books and discussing what happened, starting in the 2010's. Looking back, I can see some of the roots that are so prevalent today. I remember specifically the "participation trophy" days. When parents were so worried about their kids feeling like they are losers, because they did not win at something. I was in my late teens, so I could see that this was NOT a good thing and we can see the result of an EXCEEDINGLY fragile generation of people we have that need "safe spaces" in colleges and that "words are LITERALLY viewed as violence". . We have now the third generation of post-McCarthy fears of communism and Gen Z is the pinnacle of what a socialist state WANTS its citizens. Relying on the govt. for its needs and openly asking for a socialist society. They have absolutely ZERO idea what it is to live under a socialist rule, because they were not taught history. They know Hitler was bad, but have NO IDEA why or how Hitler came to power or WHY he took the actions he did. . I don't know were this society will end up, but we are WAY, WAY, WAY closer to a complete meltdown than many care to admit. I hope it does not come to that, but unless we get the extreme leftists and Biden out of power soon... there will be nothing left to save. . Sorry to end on a downer, I will try to be more upbeat in the future :)
