  1. The government is not made for ANYBODY. It exists to create and support an infrastructure so that we may all live our lives.... not run them. Ms. Owens agrees that the government was not made for you and wants black people to stop waiting for it to save them. I ask that you listen to the full congress testimony and will see a much different side than you do currently.
