If these "kids" had a father in the home, that ENFORCED a proper way of being in the world, we would have infinitely less teenage (or younger) boys running around without ANY respect for another human's property or their life. . This is not just having a father in the home, it is having a proper male role model in their life and that starts at home. Maybe they find it as a gym teacher or family friend, but at the end of the day... fathers have failed their sons here! PS> Other countries societies cannot be compared to one another. There are a many reasons why the differ, but at the end of the day, it is values that they do or do not respect. These "knock out game" kids, do not have values consistent with Western world behavior and those values begin with the parents, but end with a proper role model to enforce them, when that child is very young and first begins testing his limits.
