Wait... this is the second one? You covered the identical story, a year or so ago and they did it again ?!?!?!?!? Multiple "oversight committees", yet nobody is overseeing a damned thing!

@TheFatalcrest ... I was in construction business for my entire career and was involved in 1 or 2 homes that were to be destroyed. It would be IMPOSSIBLE for me to not go full OCD x1K to read every word on that demo-order. I would have stood in front of the house number read it and then found the street sign relative to that property, at least 3 times, ALL prior to giving the go-ahead to tear it down. . Just as a matter of courtesy, I would have knocked on all of the neighbors doors and let them know what was up, make sure their pets are inside and children are all accounted for as well. Not only a nice thing to do, but that one neighbor would have said... "Whow, there... this does not make sense, let me call the owner". . I do get that being all boarded up for so long, is a fair indication everything is cool, but the demo crew are F'ing idiots!

@thetruestar6348 ... This should NEVER happen! And as I just explained above, it would not be possible, were I the boss of that crew.
