Yes. if [word I cannot say] is asked of that culture, this will help to enforce some change, but until that culture decides to do the right thing [👨+ roll + beautiful woman posing for pictures] and change the way it looks upon the society, it will not change permanently. . Unfortunately, honest conversation cannot be had here, hence what you see above.
