YES, that is exactly what he was doing and seen him do the exact same thing to Jordan Peterson and others for many years now. . If she ACTUALLY was what he all but said she is, why in the WORLD would he flirt with her, posing for an embracing photo, a selfie, which he also took and then send her a "kissy" emoji? The truth is that he is [fooling] those who invite him on for outrage bait over and over and over and over again, only to see that it is all performative. . That, my friend.... is being exposed.
