  1.  @marcodarko6941  ... Yes. However, this is where the line... "think globally, act locally" is born. If EVERY mom and pop stood up and demanded this of THEIR "leaders", that not only addresses grass root problems, but sends a message to others coming up the ranks, they need to do things differently. That, in turn, inspires others to stand up to their school boards to do the same thing. The war is nothing more than hundreds or thousands of battles happening all over and ideally at the same time, so the enemy has nowhere to run.
