Tis true that this type of thing is INSANELY more common in low income neighborhoods and since soo much of the black community is raised in a fatherless home, the basic values of respecting life of others is all but non existent. Of course, when that is pointed out, the white man is blamed in 100% of cases. . The lack of accountability is the staple of the Democratic party and they WANT the blacks to continue to suffer, just as Hamas wants Palestinians to suffer. They are each... pawns.
