  2.  @JimAbbotts  ... and it will continue to get worse, LONG before it gets better. For it to get better, the citizens need to stop supporting / voting for office hot just those who have a record of extremely liberal policies, but LOUDLY proclaim that they will implement them once elected. To this point, San Francisco, Chicago, Portland, NY...etc, simply not willing to look at what they see and attribute it to the choices THEY make. . What this is doing is further bolstering the resolve of neighboring cities / towns / states to keep up with policies that reduce crime, but then have be EXTRA diligent, because people will flee the bad areas, to nicer ones, close enough to travel to job, yet bring those SAME liberal ideas and wreck the city in which they just moved!
