This not a school problem, this is a societal problem. Parents have failed their children and started a full 3 generations ago.

@crassgop ... Yes. Mine as well. However, over the years, as Marxism has taken hold, the push for "equity" has gotten stronger and less of those teachers out there. Some still exist, but not many as used to be.

@VincenzoC749 ... I get that it is a relatively small percentage, but that percentage was probably less than 1% since founding of America and look what that 13% has done!

@lastlime3792 .. The reason the teachers are giving grades based on skin color / race... is because they CAME from that rotten society / culture. Joseph McCarthy was 1000% correct... communism is an evil. While he was EVIL in how he went about dealing with it.. he was correct!

@jellyrolly ... True, but goes much further than just that. Not having a father figure, leaves them without a good example of how to treat women in the home. This assumes the marriage / relationship is good and he sees his father show honor, respect and BOTH mom and dad interact well with each other. This is also a loss for a daughter as well. She misses out on the same thing, as she does not get to see that interaction and of course him meeting her first date and sizing him up. You know... when she is 46 and opens the front door to him with a 12g sawed-off! Instead, we get mom's that have NO idea how to raise a boy and very often carry the negative experiences SHE has had and imparts them onto the daughter and teaches the son how to be a beta male. . This is a lose, lose all the way around 😿

@metaltek-kp5cs ... The parents can discipline their children however they wish, so long as it does not enter human rights violation territory. There are no powers the school should have for discipline, beyond sending to principle or the like. . 100% of this comes down to how the parents raise their children. If their kids become influenced by others and get in trouble, as they ALL will do, it is on the parents to have already instilled the values for them to KNOW they screwed up and will be a price for it. Maybe grounded, no going out on weekend or whatever.

@RaymondFinkle ... Yes, it is culture. However, those cultures are fine, should they not be part of a society that contains others. In the end, this is a values issue, as cultures don't all hold them equally.

@RaymondFinkle ...:? I never said cultures don't belong, I said that cultures must have some basic common values in which to have a foundation upon co-existence. The WOKE cult Marxist has no open love for Western World values that are the foundation upon which our society at large is built. . The cult will never pass the opportunity to disrespect that which affords them the right to do so!
