The relative "value" can only be emotionally assessed by the owner, but offering that kind of reward, most certainly puts Gaga's worth of that dog on par with EXTREME value.

@Nan-bara ... What are you talking about? I am left to assume that you are down on Lady Gaga, due to how you believe SHE treats her pets. That has nothing to do with my point. By offering a MASSIVE reward, all she does is put a target on her dogs back, so that he / she will be taken again. With THAT kind of money, there will be not only a lot of people willing to risk a dog-napping, but go to extremes to do so. . I get that she or anyone would want their pet back, had it been stolen. However, a modest reward, reasonable for middle income family / person, would be the only reasonable route.
