  4.  @HairryTurttleneck  ... That is an oft discussed issue and will ABSOLUTELY be faced with it. Those folks will come from Comifornia, NY, Portland and find life SOOO much better, but make zero connection as to WHY it is. They will start voting for the very same things that lead to why they moved. This will take years and be slow, so many will just not notice how bad it is getting
