Even if only the mother is present, as is 73%+ likely, if the father is still exists, he utterly failed as well. Regardless of the circumstances, the parents ALL failed with these PoS humans UN-being.

However, I have never gone to church, read the bible or followed any faith, yet my parents raised me with the values laid out in the Ten Commandments. It would be simply impossible for even have a passing thought of running a person over with my car, as these thugs did. . Clearly, there is some CATASTROPHIC failure of the respect for life and this ultimately comes down to complete failure as parents. If one or even all were raised by grandparents, foster care or ANYONE, it is still the failure of both parents to not provide even the most basic respect for life. The odds are EXTREMELY high, there was never any genuine presence of the father and they were raised by other thugs on the streets. . It is not fair to say Welfare IS the cause of single parent households, but it is a HUGE incentive for it to occur. Were I POTUS in 2024, among the 50 extremely high priority things to address, Welfare would be in the top 5. The Democrats have done everything in their power to victimize blacks and it is worse now than ever, since Jim Crow.

The incentive to have MORE children, yet NOT have a father in the home, only feeds the EXTREMELY poor decisions made by those in the inner cities. The type of act we see here has happened to some degree, yet it is getting that much more common as the years go on. The WOKE as F blue cities are rampant with this and Democrats are 100% to blame, for not policing their party of the iNsAnE Marxist cult.
