@N K F D ... Probably already been mentioned, in the previous 9 replies, but I he does not care. I guarantee he is not risking any money, but stands the possibility of getting some or at the VERY least, being celebrated for abusing Kyle just this much more. Just like AJ, the goal is to DESTROY him! Leave him broken, battered and incapable of any happiness for the rest of his life. Just putting Kyle through this is enough win for them to try.

@ligmasack9038 ...TY 🐱 I only wish that ByeCep would recognize how INSANELY lucky he was to be dealing with someone of Kyles exceptional restraint and character. He does not see it that way, because he is EVIL and wants to spread his evil into the life of Kyle. About all we and Kyle can hope for is that a replacement DA will be chosen to oust the WOKE garbage one who would allow this suit to go forward. This lawsuit is in direct opposition to his sworn statement on the stand, so if he goes to THIS adjudication and swears he did NOT point the gun at Kyle that second time, he IS guilty of perjury. . I would have absolutely ZERO issue with him spending time in jail for that crime and laugh as he rots for however long the sentence.

@skullkrusher420 ... Anyone can bring a lawsuit for literally anything, but until about 1 decade ago, 99% of all lawyers would refuse to take that case. Now that we have a mega sheet ton of corrupt as F DA's and judges, those SAME lawyers are doing what lawyers do... file a case.
