Jack Smith didn't even bother with the presidential records act Because he had so much on the Don that was that much more Damning. Like it or not, Judgement has already been passed on Hillary. Joe and Mike Pence showed no Willful intent. Although there is still an active investigation into Joe's situation. I doubt anything will come of it since it looks like he cooperated fully.
