When the reality was that all his presidential documents were turned over to the national archives . And then Obama requested what he wanted to use in his yet unbuilt presidential library. His requests were then transpoted to a facility in Chicago and are still under control of the national archives. University of Delaware does have Joe bidens government records. When he was a senator. His VP records are with the national archives. So again, Can you describe for me the presidential records act ? And the penalty for violating it.
