  2.  @WindowsOfPhotography  Yes they are. Many travel to California for the year round climate. And often the mental health and addiction services they can't get from their home States. It is a national issue that requires federal attention. Imagine if California decided to build a wall and not let any potential homeless citizens in. Or started bussing them to other US Cities across the country. California's problem would be greatly reduced. But, The problem would still exist on a national level.

  12. @@BlackEarl71 I am not denying the text messages. There is no way to verify if Hunter actually sent them. My guess he did. There is also no way to prove what he texted was true. Example.   13.  @sonofajustfactsman7489  Fair enough, I would agree. That is a horrible situation Now, Why do they give them needles ? I'm no expert but logic tells me there must be a valid reason. I have to believe that the pros and cons of the practice has been studied and offering clean needles is the lesser of 2 evils.
