@dark3031 I have residential solar. I do not have battery backup. Any energy created above what I use goes into the power grid. And is banked for future use if I need it. I can even use energy banked on other properties. The roof panels increase the longevity of my shingles. Cool my home naturally by about 5 degrees. And add about 4% to the value of my home I love it.

@christopherc.4349 nope. I've had this one 25 years. Still runs. Havnt had to juice my home with it since 09. They do make some nice solar generators now though.
