  6. I have rooftop solar and an EV charger in my garage. With my driving habits and the cost of gasoline I've estimated a 27k savings over 8 years. More than the cost of purchase and installation.

Most democratic policies have majority approval ratings. Some of them overwhelmingly so. Democratic lawmakers are just trying to legislate for as many as possible.
