@charlenealston1966 no. It's a commission to evaluate it. Good move. Listen to the results . Then decide. Personally I'm against it. I understand why many are calling for it since the Republican lawmakers didnt take into consideration what most Americans wanted with 2 of the last 4 nominees.

@acktuwally he is one man. He has his beliefs. He is also the president And is forming a commission. Maybe that commission will bring more light to what the people want. From what I've read, What happened over the past 4 plus yrs went against the majority. We all know, or should know witches intentions going back to Merritt Garland s nomination. @alexanderscholz9963 your opinion. He gave his explanation as to why he chose to wait. And it was a good one in my veiw. Anything and everything he says will be taken in every different way. The right will bash him. Most of the left will praise him. 45 couldnt keep his mouth shut. And it hurt him more than it helped him. Biden has chosen not to take the bait.
