@KaiserBlade JP astonishes us with his deep and complex genius. 'It took me 30 years to figure this out. If you have a goal and a path from a clinical perspective, you aim towards something valuable, and you feel good as you get close to the goal. To have a high goal. As you move to the goal you have to get better at things to pursue a goal, from clinical data; you confront the thing you are avoiding, then break it into pieces that you can take on one at a time, something new is information and developing a skill, and there is biological basis for programming new genes, and build new structures like muscles, there is a lot of potential in your genetic code.... [So it took JP 30 years to figure out that if you set a goal and a vision and you try new things you will learn new things? Holy crap. I figured that out in 10 minutes.]
