You are naive and easy to be fooled...
As the name of Japan's capital wrongly stated in this video, VOX is a journalist ignorant on this issue who cannot even read any original documents to check who is telling the truth.
It is the Japanese students that are attacked by these Korean students all the time.
The Koreans are professional victims. They are trained to be victim. These students are also trained by their teachers to say they are attacked while they are attacking.
You can read about this in books written by Koreans who used to play the game of hunting and assaulting Japanese students. Just about every student around him was playing while even the teachers were encouraging.
Because there is no diplomatic relationship between Japan and NK, the NKoreans act as if they have quasi-extraterritorial rights and the Japanese police are very weak against them as the issue is so political.
Japanese students near Korean schools are terrified of them.
These people chose to be North Koreans instead of South Koreans, meaning they want to be communists, and their ultimate goal is to overturn the Japanese government for a communist revolution. This involves violence, illegal political activities, kidnapping Japanese, smuggling out nuclear and missile parts, illegally sending funds home, sabotaging Japanese society....you name it. That is one of the reason their crime rates in Japan are so high.
They need to brainwash these kids for the jihad and for this end they need to prey to the Kim photo everyday. They have already kidnapped many Japanese. They are hiding many automatic weapons, rocket launchers, hand grenades underneath their houses, some of which were revealed after the Hanshin Earthquakes when their house were shuttered.
These schools would be illegal on US or South Korean soil, even if they pay for themselves.

1. Read books written by westerners who visited Korea before the Japanese annexation. There are at least a half dozen of them with the most famous one being "Korea and Her Neighbors" by Isabella Bird. You realized that before the annexation you had nothing you are taught in school today that Japan destructed.
2. It is the 500 years of Joseon Dynasty and its belief, Neo-Confucianism, that destructed just everything that your previous countries build. Your government is so ashamed about it that it blames it on Japan.
3. The Koreans in Japan today are descendants of those who came for better life by their choice, or of illegal migrants during the Korean War. There were conscripted workers towards the end of the War but more than 99% of them went home already. There is nothing wrong with conscripted workers by the in International Law of then and now, and just about every country had it during wars. Korean Japanese were paid same as the Japanese.
4. Rape of Nanking is such a typical Chinese fabrication for which there is neither legitimate evidence nor witness.
5. Even with colonization, no European countries every apologized or paid any compensation. With Korea, it was not even colonization, but annexation. You take money in colonization. But you pay in annexation with poor countries. Every single year except the year of Great Depression, the net cash flow was big negative for Japan. A huge burden for Japan.
6. At he end of the War, South Korea should have paid to Japan as the private assets have nothing to do with the governments. For instance with Indonesia, they could not pay for the independence as much of the Dutch assets were privately owned and the new Indonesian government could not pay. Japan paid in the end.
But with South Korea, Japan gave it all, in addition to huge economic assistance of the amount about three times your countries annual budget.
7. Even after that, Japan gave all economical, technological and academic supports to South Korea. Just think why your industrial structure is very similar to that of Japan.
8. So, summing up, your ancestors asked Japan to annex. Japan did not destroy anything but built your country. And after the war it gave all the supports that your government is hiding as it is so ashamed.
There is no country in history that gave so much to other country.
