That is why he did not testify at the Tokyo Tribunal nor his diary was used in it as an evidence. Magee's film does not prove anything. It shows NO killing by the Japanese. It just says all is done by the Japanese in words. Also, it was Kuomintang and CCP who were killing civilians. In the Yellow Flood incident alone, Kuomintang killed one million civilians. CCP was killing all land owners, business owners, and rich families to steal their wealth. Bodies were everywhere. Plus, Magee testified at the Tokyo Tribunal that the only killing he saw by the Japanese was one Chinese person killed by Japanese soldier. He said that this guy was killed because he run away when he was questioned. So? They are typical Chinese fabrications.
