All 350's had a 2bbl carb if you wanted a 4bbl you had to get a 400 but many of them came with a 2bbl too. you gotta remember the early 70's the emissions and gas crunch killed the performance in all the engines. Chrysler was the only one that held out till 1972 to kill the power but GM and Ford started killing the power in 1971 and every year after it got worst and worst with lower compression and smog killing devices.

  2. That's a nice car I'm not a big convertible guy but the car is cool. I almost bought a 1972 GTO a few years back and it had the same front end with the same hood it had a 455 HO in it and the thing needed work but it was sweet. That Lemans has a GTO hood on it the Lemans never came with the "Ram Air" hood only the GTO did but that car would be easy to turn into a GTO clone all you need is a 400 or 455 the grille is from a GTO too so you have a head start to turn it into a GTO clone
