  1. In a tropical country like mine where the sun is scorching. I always bring an umbrella, sometimes put on arm sleeves, apply anti UV ray lotion. Too much sun can really dry up your skin and they say you might end up with skin cancer. Also you stink with too much exposure to sun.Between 10am to 3pm are the times to avoid the sun where it is scorching hot.
