  1. Actually, call centers this days hire less. Before they would hire 1000 seats for an agent but today because of the rise of AI they hire a little over a hundred. Even my position as an analyst have seen a drop in job availability. Actually, even an AI can replace me and my boss actually admitted that to us. In fact, they are now developing an AI that can do our task. But, it is still in it's infancy stage so I am still safe for now.
